Observation

2 (a) There were thumb tacks on the cork board in the kitchen above the children's tables. 2 (b) Window blinds in the kitchen and the back door have pull cords that pose a choking hazard. 3 (a) Knives in the butcher block in the kitchen were accessible to children. 4 (c) lights need to be shatter resitant or covered in all licensed spaces. 5 (a) Outlets in all licensed areas must be tamper-resitant. 5 (b) Outlet in bathroom was a GCFI but needs to also be tramper-resistant.
